These policies apply to all Green Drinks DC events. By registering for or attending an event, you agree to the terms below.
Attendance & Entry
All attendees must be 21 or older. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to attend our events. GreenDrinks LLC (d/b/a Green Drinks DC), or its designated event management, reserves the right to accept or decline any registration, and to refuse entry or remove any individual — registered or not — whose conduct is not in keeping with the character and purpose of the event, who has registered or gained access under false pretenses, or who has provided false information.
Cancellations & Refunds
In the unlikely event that a public event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of GreenDrinks LLC, we cannot be held responsible for costs incurred by attendees. We do not offer refunds.
Photography & Media
A GreenDrinks LLC photographer may be present at our events. By attending, you consent to GreenDrinks LLC using photos, videos, or other media of you, or containing your image, without compensation, on all platforms and for all purposes, including marketing.
Liability
You assume all risks associated with your participation at any GreenDrinks LLC event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenDrinks LLC excludes liability for any loss of or damage to personal property left unattended at an event, and for death or personal injury suffered at a GreenDrinks LLC event.
